The Indian Student Association (ISA) at the University of New Mexico is dedicated to celebrating and promoting Indian culture, traditions, and heritage at UNM.
Our Vision: We envision a university community where Indian culture is celebrated, appreciated, and shared. Through our programs and events, we aim to foster cross-cultural understanding while preserving and promoting the traditions that connect us to our roots.
Our Mission: Founded to support Indian students at University of New Mexico, ISA creates a "home away from home" for students from India.
- We promote cultural exchange and preserve Indian heritage on campus as an official UNM student organization
- Provide support and resources to students
- Facilitate and organize social and cultural activities
- Promote cultural understanding and contribute positively to the campus and broader community
